CHCon is a conference for security professionals and hackers in Christchurch, NZ. This year, the event will be taking place on 21-23 November 2024, at the beautiful Haere - Roa Centre.
And we can assure, it will be anything but boring.

Haere-roa embodies ideas of manaakitanga (hospitality) and whakapapa (genealogy, descent from people and land) which are central mauri (values), and Te Aranga (Māori design principles).
We’re renting out the entire space for our conference - which includes an outdoor amphitheatre overlooking the Avon River, the iconic, state-of-the-art Ngaio Marsh Theatre and more! (it is very cool, go check it out.)
The event is being coordinated by a collaboration of people from the local ISIG and Women in Tech groups. These are two information security and technology groups that meet regularly in Christchurch.
